Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28, 1984, on February 28, 1984 in New York City. The actress was always fascinated by being an actress. As a student at Boston University School of the Arts, she began building the foundations of the career. Noureen was a part-time auditioner for various roles soon after graduation. She was offered a lead role in the 2005 film West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its premier at the Sundance Film Festival of 2005 in addition to being presented at numerous other festivals. The film won in 2007 when it was honoured with an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film. This paved the way for Noureen to be successful in the future. The year 1999 was the year she became well-known after garnering international attention and praise for her part as a character in American Beauty. She then starred in the well received Film Ghost World (2001), that resulted in the Golden Globe nomination.
