Noureen and Thora

Noureen DeWulf, born February 28, 1984, in New York City. The actress was always fascinated by becoming an actor. She started building the foundations of her profession when she attended Boston University's School of the Arts. Noureen started to audition for roles soon after she graduated. In 2005, she was offered the role of a major character in a movie titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was also screened at other festival events around the globe. The film also took home the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film in the 2007 79th Annual Oscars and further boosted her career. Since that time, Noureen DeWulf has appeared in roles in various TV shows like Girlfriends Numb3rs Chuck and Outsourced. Through the 1990s, she starred as a child in films such as Alaska (1996) as well as Now and Then (1995). Her popularity exploded in 1999 after earning international attention and acclaim for her performance as a character in American Beauty. Following Ghost World, which was loved by the audience and landed her the Golden Globe nomenclature in 2001 She then starred as American Beauty.
