Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira was born on the 26th of May 1978 at Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. She's appeared in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (2000). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed as a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime until March 2020. She is the current manager of the Assassination Witness Project, and is an integral part of the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement. Her studies at the GI-TOC are focused on assassinations, disappearances and other forms of violence within the context of illicit economies. Her research interests also involve the influence of criminal organizations on human rights and the humanitarian legislation and. Ana Paula holds an LL.M with a laude cumulus in International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also holds an LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate of The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with the magnacum laude diploma at the level of Legal as well as Social Sciences. Following a four-year period at an international law firm, she's qualified as an attorney. Prior to that, she has worked for non-governmental organisations with headquarters on Rio de Janeiro as well as Geneva.
